I thought that I would start doing daily updates that go on in my life. I'm currently sitting on my grandma's couch while she makes me turkey pot pie. I'm just staring at the lights and the city that is down the mountain. I didn't really do much today, just made cookies, went grocery shopping, and took a nap. I also thought that I would do a poem a day, comment what type of poem I should do for the next day, or send me a note. Types of poems: Haiku (An ancient poem about nature in a 5-7-5 syllable format), Sonnet (14 line rhyming poem), Limerick (5 line poem with rhythm), or you pick what's in it and I transform it into something.

Puzzles

Scattered on the ground
I looked around
Finding the piece to 
my masterpiece
The last slice 
to something nice
I remembered where
and I looked in the river and nearly drowned
That's when I had found
the missing puzzle piece 
to my winter memories.
